Q: How to move one photo from mac to iPhone
How do I move just one photo in a folder on my desktop from my iMac to Photos on my iPhone. When I use iTunes, I check Sync Photos, then select Choose Folder from the pull down menu, find the folder, the jpeg is shaded out and not available to move. Why? What am I doing wrong. I don't want to move the jpeg into Photos on my iMac, but if I have to how do I prevent all my photos in Photos from being uploaded to my iPhone?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Open the jpeg in Preview and then click on the Share button and email it to yourself. Open the email on your device, and tap and hold your finger on the photo until you see the options window. Click on Save Photo, and it will put it into your Photos on the device.
