It is so much troublesome when forgot security question answer!!!!

Hi. I tried a lot of times for my answer in security question, but i forgot it and cannot get it.

The error shows that i have made too many attempts and need to use "Rescue Email Address" instead (or try again later).

However, the button "Use rescue email address" has no response no matter how many times I clicked it.

I can clearly see that in the Security section, I set up the rescue account already and it is q*****@xxxx.com

How can I solve this problem?? It is a dead end and I cannot change any of my password.

So much troublesome.

Hi,

"When you're asked to answer your security questions, click "Reset your security questions." We'll email you at your rescue email address. If you don't see "Reset your security questions," you don't have a rescue email address and you need to call us for help"

In the future, make sure to write down your security questions and answers and store in a safe place.

So much security, you mean. If it were easy, then anyone would be able to do it.

Did you check the email Junk folder for the email that is indicated for the Rescue email address? It is a different email address than your Apple ID.

If you cannot find the rescue email, then contact Apple Support for help:
