Q: I lost my iphone, but when I using 'find my iphone' app, it shows only my ipad.
When I log in on itune (apple ID), it shows 2 devices; ipad and iphone. However, when I try to use 'find my iphone' app, it shows only my ipad ;-(
I think I lost it on the bus, when I called customer service to inform them and told them that my phone has been turn off - I can't call. They said when the driver collect it, he/she will turn it off. So, because the phone is offline, that's why it not showing up?
Do you have another way to find it, please give me some advice.

If it's not on-line, it will not be trackable. If you think it was found by the bus driver, go to wherever they have their 'lost-and-found' and see if it's there.
