Q: Apple id help

Hi all, i need professional answer for this. I look to much for help and i think this is best way. I bought Iphone 5 , 4 years ago and i forgot email and password for icloud, im not using this phone more than year because i buy new Iphone 6, when i try to reset it and turn on phone he want to enter email and password. What to do now?

Hi Vladimir96

I've been there before too, just like you I'm a customer as well and I forget things on daily basis

Luckily apple's password reset options away always available if you know what's the email linked to the device
this two links might help you find and reset your password

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If that doesn't work then you might need to get a valid POP ( proof of purchase ) from the seller and call apple support to have them unlock the device
securely
