Are you using the Photos for Mac application or iPhoto?

It is no longer possible at all to order print products from Apple using iPhoto. Apple stopped the print products service for iPhoto at the end of March.

To get an iPhoto book printed, print it to PDF and send the PDF file to a print service, for example Presto Photos.

See the link below on how to save the PDF file for printing with PrestoPhoto posted by PrestoMeghan:

In this discussion are also reports by kgem and Astro7x about the first experiences with this service.

You can only order books from Apple, if you create them in Photos for Mac. And then the shipping address needs to be in the same country as the billing address from your AppleID.

I have it in Photos for Mac, not iPhoto.

Sorry, that was a bit confusing, because you wrote iPhoto and posted in the iPhoto forum.

Are you living in Japan?

You can only order a book from a print products store in the country where you are currently living - the country for the Apple ID, the country of the delivery address, and for the credit card or payment method need to be the same.

The country for the Print Product Store you order from is selected in the Photos > Preferences > General:

User uploaded file

And the details for your account have to be set up in the Photos menu:

User uploaded file

If your credit card has been issued in a different country, it is best to have the book shipped to your home address, and then forward it yourself. This way you can check the print quality before you send it on to the recipients.
