Battery dies 9.3.2

After repeatedly getting the update your phone message every time I touch my phone which I did not want to do because every single time I am cornered into updating my phone I lose functionality. Now my battery dies while showing 87% battery I have a 5s and this update is 9.3.2. TThis happened this happened 6 times yesterday each time saying I had to plug my phone in so it happened at 87% , 75% 62%, 54% 48% 30%. Why have you guys destroyed what was such a great product and now a great company. As a share holder with much of my retirement in Apple I am seriously worried about your direction And products.
