Q: I forgot my iCloud ID and password

I forgot my iCloud ID and password, and my iPhone just got reset. It's asking me to enter my iCloud ID and password to reactivate my phone, but I can't remember. I have tried entering my information but it leads me to another account I own. It gives me a hint on what it is, but not enough. If anyone knows how to find a lost iCloud ID and password without entering information, please let me know as soon a possible.

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.3.1

The following has two methods that don't require entry (if you are already signed in to some service on some device or if you made a previous purchase on iTunes): If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

What do you mean by "it leads me to another account I own"? You are setting up the new phone, you type in your iCloud ID and password, then what happens?

You can try going to: FORGOT APPLE ID to see if you can find your other Apple/iCloud ID.

If you are, in fact, on the iCloud Activation screen, then that means that the device is signed into Find My iPhone on that device, and you would be required to provide the correct Apple/iCloud ID and Password to be able to activate it.

If you are the original owner of the device, your only other option in that situation, would be to take the device into your Apple Store with the original receipt. Apple will only remove an Activation Lock if the person asking for it to be removed has proof of original purchase from Apple or an AASP.

    Best of luck,
