Just bought my wife a gen 4 ipod shuffle which is similar to mine. How can i download albums from my itunes library to her shuffle. When i connect her ipod to my itunes all my albums disappear.

Is all the content in your library with neither device connected? If so see iPod shuffle - Syncing. If not see Recover media from an iPod first.

You said "When i connect her ipod to my itunes all my albums disappear." which shouldn't really be the case so I was trying to search for possible reasons, such as your media only be stored on your device instead of the computer as well. Are you saying that nothing is listed in the library while her device is connected, and then it all shows again after it is disconnected?
You should be able to add content from an iTunes library to any device that you connect to it.

Yes and earlier you posted a link to syncing which i have tried and its worked. I am not very pc literate

As well as downloading albums to my ipod shuffle can i also download to my wifes ipod shuffle. They are both gen 4.
