Q: Help! Updating iPad Air 2 to 9.3.2
I restored my ipad but when it asked for a password for encryption backup, I hit cancel thinking it was for an iPad password. Now it won't let me restore my backup without the password. What do I do? Plus, it did not restore any of the photos. Doing this on a Windows PC 10 in iTunes. Please help!

If your backup is encrypted, you either need to know the password, or you will have to erase your iPad and set it up as new.
