Q: Old Passwords on Notes

I have restored my iPhone and some of the notes have an old password. Before the restore I could open the notes with TouchID, but now I can't. They ask for password (old password) and I can not remember it. How to open those notes? Thank you.

I had the same problem happen to me. It turned out that when I changed the password on a different iOS device that was signed into my same Apple ID, the change did not carry over to the other iOS devices. I couldn't remember what the other password was and there is no password hint when you give a wrong password.  I just gave up and deleted the note. It seems to be a buggy implementation especially when you share your notes across multiple devices. I just went back and reset my Notes password. I have confirmed that I had to actually reset it on each device on the Apple ID to get it to work properly. I also confirmed that password hint still doesn't show up when you enter an error.
