Q: de-activated iPhone

hi everyone. can somebody help me. I forgot my iPhone password and my iPhone got de-activated. I tried to restore it in iTunes but it says i have to turn off "find my iPhone" on my iPhone but how can i do that when my iPhone is de-activated. thanks
