The tracking options are not coming up for my new Magic Mouse 2, I have tried to solve the problem, but just not getting anywhere.... Decided to use Apple Chat, but is telling me the serial number I am using is not valid, but I am typing it directly from the box, any help would be appreciated 🙂

You haven't told us which item you have and what OS you operate; perhaps you could enter it in your profile when you can.
If you are using anything other than 10.11 El Capitan, with Magic mouse 2 you need to upgrade to El Capitan as the mouse you have was designed for that OS and subsequent ones from now onwards.
I'd like to help you if you are stuck. Which OS are you using?
