how do i enable my iphone 5s without iTunes and computer

my iPhone is disabled and its telling me to connect to iTunes yet i don't have nor do i own a computer.

what is the possible solution

You cannot, you can get to an Apple Store and try to activate it there

If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support

Or from iCloud erasing totally the device as in here

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
