someone using my account

yesterday i got a lots of messages from apple to "verify your account", so it not work of mine, so i change the password of the account and also i try to changes the devices and my birthday like that information's but it could n`t according the security questions. i need the change this information. how could i do it? and also why cant i change the security questions when i sign in the account?? this ***** man 😟
