iPad Activation Lock after Upgrade 9.3.2

Please advise if anyone or APPLE know what's the problem with my iPad mini.

I usually upgraded iPad mini to latest version two weeks ago.

Once reboot is complete, it asks for Apple ID and Password to activate the device.

However, the suggested Apple ID is UNKNOWN a.......@gmail.com

I only have one apple ID, starts with m.......@gmail.com

I called 0018004412904, the guys confirms my device is not locked based my serial no.

He suggested to stopped by iServe (Apple Care Service) and I did.

iServe also mention my device is NOT locked from their system. They had my iPad restored but still locked.

They said there's nothing they could do with this kind of problem and suggested I called Apple Support AGAIN.

I have talked to the support agent and also product specialist for an hour without success.

A day later, he emailed and advised me to perform a restore via recovery.

The device should be reset to factory new. The only time it wouldn't, my iPad might have been modified (which is ridiculous)

The suggestion came from the product engineer team.

As the result, I re-visited iServe and requested them to do what the engineer suggested.

And again, the device is STILL LOCKED. I replied an email a few days ago explaining the solution DID NOT WORK.

No feedback from Apple since.

Thanks Eric

The problem is I wont see this device in my iCloud as the apple ID shown on iPad screen is not mine.

Moreover, If this iPad is connected to someone's iCloud, the information on www.icloud.com/activationlock should appear differently.

As the attached picture, my iPad is not connected to any iCloud account.

It's the apple synchronizarion problem that tries to lock the inccorect device.

I have the same problem, and i'm trying to fix this. Is there any other way?

On my iPad it says:

This IPad is linked to an Apple ID and password that were used

to set up this IPad. (q●@yahoo.com)

And yes, my email starts with the same letter, but when i sign in. It says my email cannot be used to sign in. I really want to get my IPad Air working again.
