Q: deleting documents and data on iPhone 6s

My iPhone 6s was saying that the storage was full, so I wiped out nearly all of my photos (after backing them up) and I got rid of all of the Apps that I was not using...but my "documents and data" is still taking up 45.67MB of space on the phone.  I have restarted and backed everything up.  I am petrified at the thought of wiping my phone and restoring everything myself.  Should I just go to Apple and let someone else do this for me?

45.67MB is only 2/10 of 1% of the smallest iPhone 6s (16GB). One option would be to just ignore it as being trivial.

If you go to Settings > General > Storage and tap Manage Storage (in the storage section, not the iCloud section) it will show details by App.
