Q: I just waited for 15 minutes for an Apple Customer Support person who hung up on me as she could not understand my issue! REALLY APPLE?
I just waited 15 minutes to speak with a representative from Apple. I have an Iphone 5c and changed my Apple password this morning ON THE IPHONE. In this process, I was sent a code to my email to enter, which I did, and this allowed me to change my password on my laptop. When I tried to use this new password on my IPhone , I received a message on the phone that I could not change my password again in the same year. I have NEVER changed my password since I purchased an Apple cell phone which has been years.
I do not know the version number. It is the first I Phone 5c that came on the market over two years ago.
When I tried explaining this to a customer service representative, she simply could not understand me and hung up on me! Wow...
