Iphone 6s usb power adapter outburst

hi team,

I am sam sunny..I purchased iphone 6s from kuwait.. my usb power adapter was outburst when plug in the ac power supply on 29th april 2016. +*** number contacted me on may 2016 and they took survey about this incident. they apologize me and told me that they will contact again, but they didn't contact again.
