Q: All access to my mothers Apple ID lost

I recently changed the email affiliated with my mother's Apple ID however have forgotten in and am unable to reset it as Google have removed that account due to 'security reasons'. This raised a few problems as I am now unable to reset the password through the email and the security questions don't seem to accept my answers even though I specifically set them and I have recorded the answers privately. The DOB also does not accept my given answer.

This was all to change the email affiliated with the apple ID my mother has however I have also forgotten to sign out of the iCloud account on my mothers iPhone and am unable to sign back in (reason stated above). I was able to some how change the password on my mothers phone but then again the password never worked. Now the account is locked and have lost all possible access in my power to reset the email and password affiliated with this account.

So is there a way to access the account and unlock it - and also change it back to it's original email account.
