What Share preset are you using? Are you exporting projects or clips from the Browser?

Other than duration, what is different about the good (2 min) and failed (20 min) exports?

Share preset? I'm exporting project with the right corner arrow like I always been! I had this problem months ago.

The difference between the 2 video is one is picture (2min), it was a test.

The other video is a concert video (20min).

Like I said I had that issue months ago..the big video won't work for some reason.

I tryed delete other projects but no succes. The right error message (export file has failed) always appear. This is so frustating.

There are many options in there. What Russ asked is which of those you are using (e.g Master File? DVD? Apple Devices?).

Also, when a particular project does not share, it is usually something with the media. You may have a corrupt clip or render file.

Select the project in the browser, do File->Delete Generated Project Files and check to delete all render files. Try again. Does it work? Then you had a bad render file and this fixed it. Doesn't work? Try setting an out point at about 10 minutes. Export just the first half. Then proceed to divide and conquer. You may find that a particular clip is bad.
