opend and closed itunes and it didn't help as well

Jun 21, 2016 10:53 AM in response to asafp1by turingtest2,In which case I suggest a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes in the manner suggested in the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. I assume you're in a region where Apple Music is available.
