Doesn't have a "show apple music option"
In Itunes preferences I don't have "show apple music" option
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2
Is Apple Music disabled on the restrictions tab?

It was but still no change
Did you try closing iTunes and then reopening? Are you signed in to an Apple ID?

logged in and tried to log out and back
opend and closed itunes and it didn't help as well
In which case I suggest a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes in the manner suggested in the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. I assume you're in a region where Apple Music is available.
