    Do you mean to AirPlay Netflix from an iPhone or iPad? If so, it normally turns on when AirPlay is started. And that may turn on your TV. That part doesn't work for me, I have to use the remote to make it wake up the TV. If your ATV doesn't wake up on AirPlay, you have a network configuration problem.
