Q: How to use iPhone with hearing aids.

I have a new iPhone and can't hear the caller. I wear hearing aids, but they are not "Made for iPhone". I can use the ordinary telephone without difficulty because the hearing aid senses the receiver when I raise it to my ear and turns on a "T coil".

I have tried to pair the iPhone bluetooth with my hearing aids, but it searches endlessly and won't connect. I have "Hearing Aid Mode" turned on.

Can anyone advise me how to use the iPhone with hearing aids?
