In my iTunes didn't shows Tones and I go to preferences setting but cannot see selected Tones icon. How can I get this back?

You may also need to enable the Tones section of the library for it to show when managing the device. Click the media kind selector and then click Edit menu. This image is from Windows but it should be similar.

It sounds like you want to find your Tones in iTunes. I use custom ringtones myself and iTunes is a nice way to manage them.
To locate them in iTunes, at the top of the screen, click View > Media Kind > Tones. This will open iTunes to the Tones window. You can also use Command-8 to get to the same place.
