Q: magic track pad issues
erratic behavior using magic track pad with El Capitan and my Mac mini (2012). Cursor moves about without my touch or acts in crazy ways. I have tried all the suggestion from Apple's website, yet nothing works. Help!
MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Unpair the bluetooth connection, and replace the batteries in the Magic Trackpad I, or recharge the Magic Trackpad II. Pair the device again. Keep your cell phone with bluetooth enabled at a greater distance from the Mac mini, or shut off bluetooth entirely on it.
What other bluetooth (or Wi-Fi) devices are near, or in use by your Mac mini? There may be some bluetooth conflicts, either with other BT devices, or from 2.4 Ghz interference from cordless phones, cell phone bluetooth radio proximity, bluetooth speakers, microwaves, and 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi signals. Use a process of elimination to track down the interference source.
