Q: iPod 4th Gen photos not showing up when plugged into computer
When I upgraded to Windows 10 I discovered that iTunes no longer recognised my iPod. The pictures folder existed but said it was empty. I reinstalled the driver and my iPod worked with iTunes properly once more but now the photos folder that used to open up automatically upon the device being plugged in, no longer shows up at all. I really like the iPod and would love to continue to take advantage of its many uses as I have for the past 5 years. I believe the problem lies in the Windows upgrade. How do I fix this and import my pictures to my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

See Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. You should be able to explore the device's camera roll through File Explorer.
