HTML5 Playback Error on Youtube

I have started experiencing playback issues for HTML5, flash works fine.

What happens...I click on a video to watch it. The page loads and I see a still image in the playback window with HTML5 in the center of it. I click it to start playing, as I have done many, many times before and it acts like it will start playing but then nothing. All that I see on the bottom left of the playback window is Error and then the name of the video. If I force to play with Flash, by right clicking on the video it works just fine.

Currently on 10.11.5 and Safari 9.1.1

I have emptied the cache via the develop menu, reset safari and cleared history, rebooted computer...nothing seems to work. The only recent thing I have done is disable WebGL to avoid the random freezes I have noted in 10.11.5 and yesterday was a flash update.

Any suggestions?

Thought this would work as the first video I chose did play. Then I went to one that I was getting the error on, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmQlBfxh4Us, it worked in the past so don't know what is up. It doesn't give you the normal error you get if the video isn't available. Again, shows a still clip from the video with HTML5, click video, error playing. Plays with flash.
