We use an ipad for logging in to our timeclock but it keeps disconnecting from the wi-fi. We have other computers and kindles that are in the office but they
do not disconnect from the wi-fi. We need the ipad to stay connected 24/7 for use as we are a business that is open 24/7. How can we keep it connected?

Do you have it plugged in? If the iPad goes to sleep and is not plugged in, it will disconnect from Wifi. But, even if it does, it should reconnect as soon as you wake it up.
The problem might be on the router end, too. You may want to review your router settings.

Sure, but if the iPad is plugged in to a power source, going to sleep is not what's disconnecting it from WiFi.

But ipads go into a sleep mode when not being used that maybe your problem .
