can't play videos from apple website

Dear all,

I tried to watch wwdc but I couldn't watch it because quicktime doesn't work. also I tried to play other videos on apple site but same problem

any hope to solve it ?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), 11.6inch 2014 edition
