macbook pro stuck in gray screen with flashing folder and a question mark on it when turning the power on. how to fix it

PRoblem Issue:
WHen turning on the power button, the screen stuck in color gray then after few seconds, there is a flashing folder with a Question Mark on it. And unable to launch the Operating system...can you help me to fix the problem.
