Q: Voiding warranty iPhone 6 plus
Hi all,
I have iPhone 6 plus 128GB silver with iOS 9.3.2 bought from Telenor Bulgaria. The telephone always have been with an original case from Apple.
There are two problems with the phone - one of them is that the sensor for switching on/off the display when I'm talking, is not working every time. It doesn't shuts down when i pick up the phone or it doesn't turns on when I put down the phone from my ear.
The other problem is that when the phone is ringing the display is not responding and i can't pick up the phone.
I restarted the phone several times but the problems weren't solved. Then I fully reset the phone but it didn't work too.
I brought my telephone to my provider's store for service but my warranty was voided because I have a little crack (about 9mm length) left down which it doesn't aim the display at all. Also this crack is a long time after I started having the problems mentioned above. I just didn't have the time to go to any of the distributor's stores.
My question is - does this voiding of the warranty applies to Apple's Customer Service Policy?
