I had a itunes match account. didn't renew it for a year. I just renewed it,but can't see the music I used to have. Can I get it back?

No. You lose access to all music in the cloud once iTunes Match subscription expires. Apple will retain your library for up to 30 days but no longer. You will need to restore your music from your back up.
