How to tell iPhoto to open a Library specified by me?

The default behavior of iPhoto is that of several Libraries iPhoto will open by default the one that was last opened. How can I make it to always open the library I want it to?

Mac OS X (10.7.5), MacBook Pro 15.4 mid-2012

That's not what I asked. The point is that if you have numerous Libraries and the next time iPhoto BY DEFAULT opens only the last opened one. I don't want that. I want it always to open the same Library regardless of what a Library I open. Say, there're iPhoto library 1 and iPhoto library 2. Using Option modifier key I open Libraries chooser and select iPhoto library 2, but the next time I want it to open iPhoto library 1 as it used to before me opening iPhoto library 2. Is it possible? Maybe through Terminal or some Apple Script?

Sorry but that is not a feature - it will always open the last used library unless you specifically specific a different one using the option open or double clicking on the one you want

And since iPhoto is a dead product with no development taking place there is no chance of a change in the future - in fact it will just totally quit working some day with some update

No one is forcing you to upgrade and you may choose not to, however, circumstances may force you to upgrade. For instance, your machine will not last forever and at some point in the future it will need to be replaced. The replacement machine will not run iPhoto. So you need to be thinking of this as you go forward and planning towards that inevitability, especially as hardware doesn't always give a whole lot of warning when it fails.

Not relevant but chose to reply. "At some point in the future" we will die. Why should I be worried about this today? For now I'm just living. If I want to use a software I like, nobody and nothing stops me from doing that. All this upgrading hustle is marketing on Apple's part and I'm a consumer of Apple's products not their manager nor a member of a cult. In fact everything that's several years old can work and will work nicely and productively unless you jump in the Apple's bandwagon of pushed upgrades and updates that quite predictively will brick your gadgets but are made to force you to believe you need them. What Apple wants is not synonymous with what I want. I like iPhoto and will be using for years to come until my machine dies (and that's going to be in a long while because of nice build quality of Apple's machines, and do you agree about the quality?). And BTW, what is this thread for? What are the threads on ASC about older Apple's software for? For the ones like me I guess.

Best wishes,

Ilya
