Jun 21, 2016 4:54 PM in response to dinoralopez25by Phil0124,It is not possible to track an iPhone by serial number or IMEI. Those numbers are just used to identify them when found. But there's no mechanism that would pin point a location of an iPhone based on either of those identifiers.
A Carrier should be able to blacklist an IMEI so service cannot be activated on the device. But that's it.
The only mechanism able to track an iPhone is Find My iPhone in iCloud.com. It it was not setup, then there's no way to locate an iPhone.
