I am an elderly lady and surely I need your assistance, please!
Is there a way I can save my pictures to iCloud and delete them off my iPhone?
Everytime I do the above, my photos cannot be located inside my Macbook Air, iPad and better yet the iCloud. I am thinking that iCloud is a storage, right?
*Do tutor me please how can I delete photos off my iPhone and find them later in iCloud.

iCloud Photo Library is a way to sync photos among devices and have one copy stored in Icloud. It is not possible to delete a photo from one of your devices where iCloud Photo Library is turned on without it also being deleted from the cloud and from every other device where you have iCloud Photo Library turned on. In other words it is not designed to be cloud storage.

Go Settings/iCloud/Photos and select Optimize iPhone/iPad Storage. That will reduce the space required by about 90% when fully effective.
