Olloclip

The Olloclip might optically be a good product however the product is very poorly engineered and the company does not work to satisfy complaints. I purchase the 4 in 1 for iPhone 6S Plus. I had a glass screen protector installed. While trying to put the Olloclip on the phone the screen protector shattered. Nowhere on the box or in the included instructions did it mention that you cannot use the Olloclip. I only found that when I went onto Olloclip's website.

Olloclip does not release their telephone number for customer support and the only method for contact is via email. An email was sent to them describing the situation and requesting they pay for another screen protector. A reply was received saying they are not responsible and refuse to discuss further.

I do not recommend the Olloclip for anyone who has a screen protector as it will trash the cover. Because of their poor customer service, I suggest people shop for similar items and not purchase from Olloclip as their policies are anti consumer.
