Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If it still does not work - then contact your carrier for a different SIM

Jun 21, 2016 5:29 PM in response to Manal.majedby Mokee,Hey Manal,
Since you have tried everything device side, I would recommend you look into taking the phone to your carrier's store and replacing the sim. If that does not work, I would recommend taking the device to the Genius bar for a replacement if you are in warranty.
If you are not in warranty contact your cell phone provider and explain the situation, they might work with you to get upgraded to a new device. This could potentially be cheaper than buying a phone through the Genius Bar or a new phone straight out.

Aug 22, 2016 12:51 PM in response to Mokeeby aushdeep,Hello I have started receiving this problem after getting a replacement phone from Apple. My original phone had a broken screen, they tried to replace the screen but something went wrong so they gave me a new phone. Set it up correctly and the network worked fine for 1 day and suddenly it says searching and the carrier selection option is no longer their in settings. Went to Apple store and they gave me a new handset. again it works for 4-5 hours and then stops working. My swisscom sim works fine in any other phone. Retored to factory, connected on apple site and deleted my old devices still this issue is their. Tried to contact care and they say one time cost of CHF 35 as I am out of warranty. Please can someone help.
