Q: Signing into a new iPad Air 128GB
I sold an iPad to a customer today and I explained to her how to sign in. The reason she bought the iPad Air 128GB is her old iPad Mini's motherboard got fried. I went over the log-in instructions with her and answered any questions. Later tonight, she called back and said she was having issues signing into her iCloud and nothing was re-downloading. Having never encountered this before, is there a limit to how many devices your AppleID can be signed in to? Could her old iPad Mini be causing her to have issues signing in since she never got the chance to sign out? Or can I attribute it to human error?
