Q: Can't update to latest flash

Adobe Flash Player updates available for OS X on June 20, 2016 - Apple Support

Since Apple blocked older version of flash, I had to update to the latest version of Adobe Flash, (version 22.0.0.192), but the installation/update keep failing during the last step (as shown in the screenshots).Screen Shot 2016-06-21 at 8.43.30 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-06-21 at 8.43.36 PM.png

I have to get the latest version of flash in order to use Lockdown Browser to take an online exam for my school, so this is pretty frustrating. I know Chrome is embedded with the latest version of flash, but that doesn't help with the Safari case. I also tried clean install (delete the folder in application support etc.), rebooted, uninstall and reinstall, force quitted every browser etc etc, none of them help.

Can anyone give me a solution for this? Thank you sooooo much in advance. Without the latest version of flash, I can't take the exam; without taking the exam, I can't pass the class; without passing the class, I can't get my degree - this is literally the last exam I need before I get my degree, so I guess Adobe really picked a good time to update.
