Question

Mail software false to load on the iPad. Email works on the Mac and iPod.

Mail software does not load on my iPad. Mail goes to a white screen for a few seconds then fails. No recent changes done on this iPad. Email work on my iPod touch and Mac

What have you tried so far to see if it gets the Mail app to work ? e.g. have you :

- closed the Mail via the iPad's taskbar

- done a soft-reset/reboot of the iPad

Synced and checked to have iPad read the email accounts and that solved the issue. Tx
