Stain on macbook pro 13 Early 2015 screen

I am from Nepal and purchased Macbook pro 13 from Futureworld last year. I have noticed stains and patches on Macbook pro Early 2015. Its under apple care warranty. I would like to know if this is covered under apple care warranty or not. Along with this issue i also feel wifi signal issues which drops and has poor reception. Windows 10 Hp431 works fine, Iphone5 too connects well to the router and on speedtest shows better strength than that of macbook pro 13.
