Apple Watch Safe In Cold Temp?

I work in the frozen department at Walmart. I spend about 15 to 30 minutes in the freezer at a time, for my 8 hour shift. Is it safe to wear my Apple Watch to work in the freezer, or will the cold temperature (10 degrees) damage it?
