I connected my iPhone4 to my HP PC to transfer photos taken on my iPhone. At this time, the PC automatically transferred albums to my iphone4. How do I delete these PC generated albums from my iphone4? I will need very clear, step by step information!!

Photos that you sync to an iOS device using iTunes can only be removed by deselecting the photos in iTunes and unsyncing them. They can not be deleted directly on the device.
