Q: GraphicConverter opens when ipod connects

When I want to recharge my iPod Touch 6 at work, I plug it into the USB port of my iMac keyboard (running 10.10.5). iTunes opens up to allow backup & syncing, but also an older version of GraphicConverter also launches and asks if I want to browse the photos on the iPod. I would like GraphicConverter NOT to launch. I've checked iTunes prefs, GraphicConverter prefs, Image Capture Service prefs, & System prefs, but can find nothing to de-select that would stop GC from opening.

Any ideas how to turn off this action? Thanks in advance.
