error -1202

Each time I try and use the Starz app on my Apple TV I get an error message -1202. The only choices are to retry app or exit app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but it still does not work. The app works perfectly fine on both my iphone and ipad. I have been accessing content that way and airplaying it to the Apple TV, but obviously that's ridiculous.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what the issue is and how I can resolve it?

OpenDNS is a service you can subscribe to. It supports parental controls and may block certain services, e.g. HBO, as being too adult.

How is DNS configured on ATV and on the router? Look in the ATV Network settings, and see if DNS is Automatic, or some particular IP address. Same thing for the router internet connection settings. If they're both Automatic, that's cool. Otherwise, that might be the problem.

Regarding the Starz app, it is of course different on ATV and on iOS. There may actually be a bug in the latest update of the ATV app. I assume you have an ATV 4. If so, you can go to the TV app store and, under Purchased, see when the app was last updated. See if that date correlates with the start of your problem.
