Looks like there's some issue with your iPhone 5c signing into iCloud. We can check a few things.
If you haven't, try restarting the iPhone first and try after that: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then confirm that your Apple ID is able to sign in here: Manage your Apple ID
After that, if you're still getting error messages, try a different network with the iPhone. For instance, switch to cellular (LTE/3G) if you're on Wi-Fi or try a different Wi-Fi network.
