Hi i am trying to restore my whatsapp chats. I have followed all the right steps but i keep getting this error message.
Anyone have a solution as i have important chats to restore. I can't afford to lose them.

IF you read the message below it states you need connect to power source and be connected to wifi to restore from an icloud backup.
Your phone is connected to cellular data.
i have the same issue and am both plugged in AND on wifi....with the same result....
any other help?

My whatsapp couldnt restore My chat :(
Can you fix this problem ? I can't use whatsapp because of this problem.
Have you got any other suggestions ? Because I made it but it doesn't work.
