I have an iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2 and I cannot access Wallet/Apple pay when my homescreen is locked. Under the Settings for Wallet & Apple Pay the Allow Access When Locked - Double-Click Home Button is off & greyed out - I cannot turn it on. Anyone know how I can change this?

I see that you are unable to access your Wallet & Apple Pay when the iPhone's Home Screen is locked. I use Apple Pay when my Home Screen is locked too, so I can help you find the best resolution for this issue.
Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode. Then, under Allow Access When Locked, turn on Wallet.

There's two "Allow Access When Locked" sections in your iPhone's settings where you need to enable this. You've already complete the first section in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.
For the next section, please make sure you are following this path: Settings > Touch ID & Passcode. Then, under Allow Access When Locked, turn on Wallet.

As mentioned, I cannot turn on Allow Access when Locked - that button is greyed out and I cannot turn it on. Any idea how to change the settings to allow me to turn it on?

Unfortunately Settings - Touch ID & Passcode has Wallet greyed out as well - can't turn that or the other setting under Wallet & Apple Pay on
