A problem downloading what software? What is it that you are trying to do? Please describe what you are attempting to do and when you received this error message. Also, did you see this error message on the iPhone?

Jun 22, 2016 2:13 PMby Lee_ruhiu7,I was trying to update my software to the latest iOs in December last year and the phone just crashed. On itunes on my laptop it said that there was an error and that it was the software error.
Its a 1671 error.
On the iphone it just shows that I should plug it in to Itunes.

Error 1671 is defined under communication issues. Make sure you have a good internet connection and that your device is plugged in to a good USB port. Otherwise, follow the instructions in that support document.
