Q: Adobe Flash Update Pop-Up On Safari
Today (June 22, 2016) I opened Safari and a pop-up told me to download Adobe Flash Update. Unless I downloaded I could not close Safari or even shut down my computer. I was suspicious of this pop-up so disconnected my modem. I was then able to close Safari and I deleted everything with Adobe in my files. Reconnected my modem and switched to Google Chrome as my default browser. Google automatically updates Adobe Flash so all I did was re-install Adobe Reader for Mac from the Adobe website.
Is there anything else I need do to protect my MacBookPro (13 inch, Mid 2009)?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)
